基于单片机控制的瓦斯浓度检测传感器设计 摘要 近年来,基于对矿井生产系统安全的监测,国内外先后研制出多种类型的计算机监测系统,但由于现有监测系统具有成本高、功耗高和设备庞大等特点,不适应大多数中小型煤矿特别是小型煤矿的需求,而当前矿难大多数发生在中小型煤矿特别是小型煤矿中。因此,为了满足大多数中小型煤矿的需求,本论文设计了1种关于煤矿瓦斯浓度测试的新型传感器。 针对目前情况设计1种井下便携式瓦斯探测器,当瓦斯气体浓度接近危险值时,自动发出报警,提醒井下人员立刻离开。该设备同时还具备灵敏度调节和检测强度调节开关,有简单、方便、准确、实用等特点。该设计是1种基于单片机控制的瓦斯探测器,具有简单实用、可控性强等特点。从组成框图、硬件设计以及程序流程及代码等几方面对其进行了介绍。 本文采用了气敏传感器,气敏传感器是能够感知环境中某种气体及其浓度的1种敏感器件,它将气体成分、浓度等有关的信息转换成电信号,从而可以进行检测、监控、报警;还可以通过接口电路与计算机组成自动检测、控制和报警系统。目前,人们对气敏传感器的测试方法主要停留在用人工手动的方式来操作,开发出1种实用高效的智能化传感器测试装置是极为必要的。而语音信号是信息的又1主要载体,如果在这些测量场合能用语音直接报出结果,将给操作人员带来极大方便,本文就介绍1种新型的气敏传感器测试系统。 由于各种条件的限制和现有的能力,本论文只进行了该系统的基本原理设计,要形成产品进入市场销售,还需做大量的后期工作。 关键词:瓦斯;气敏传感器;单片机; Basedonthecontrolofthemicrocontrollergasconcentrationsensordesign Abstract Inrecentyears,basedontotheminepitproductionsystemsecuritymonitor,domesticandforeignsuccessivelydevelopedthemanykindsoftypesthecomputermonitorsystem,butbecausetheexistingmonitorsystemhadthecosthigh,thepowerlosshighandtheequipmentishugeandsoonthecharacteristic,theunsuitablemajoritymiddleandsmallscalecoalminespeciallywasthesmallcoalminedemand,butthecurrentoredifficultmajoritytooccurinthemiddleandsmallscalecoalminespeciallyisinthesmallcoalmine。Therefore,inordertosatisfythemajoritymiddleandsmallscalecoalminethedemand,thepresentpaperhasdesignedonekindaboutthecoalminegasdensitytestnewsensor。 Designsonekindofmineshaftportablegasdetectorinviewofthepresentsituation,whenthegasgasdensityapproachesthedangerousvalue,automaticallysendsoutreportstothepolice,theremindermineshaftpersonnelleavesimmediately。Atthesametimethisequipmentalsohasthesensitivityadjustmentandtheexaminationintensityregulatingcock,hassimply,convenient,accurate,ispracticalandsoonthecharacteristic。Thisdesignisonekindthegasdetectorwhichcontrolsbasedonthemonolithicintegratedcircuit,hassimplypractical,Controllablenatureisstrongandsoonthecharacteristic。Fromthecompositiondiagram,thehardwaredesignaswellastheprocedureflowandthecodeandsoonseveralaspectshavecarriedontheintroductiontoit。 Thisarticleusedhadbeenmadthesensitivesensor,wasmadthesensitivesensorwascaninthesensationenvironmentsomekindofgasanditsthedensityonekindofsensitivecomponent,itthegaseouscomponent,thedensityandsoontherelatedinformationtransformedtheelectricalsignal,thuswasallowedtocarryontheexamination,themonitoring,Alsomaythroughtheconnectionelectriccircuitandthecomputercompositionautomaticdetection,controlsandthealarmsystem。Atpresent,thepeopletoweremadthesensitivesensorthetestmethodmainlypausesisusingtheartificialmanualwaytooperate,developsonekindofpracticalhighlyeffectiveintellectualizedsensortestingdeviceisextremelyessential。Butthepronunciationsignalisaninformationmaincarrier,ifcanusethepronunciationinthesesurveysituationsdirectlytosendouttheresult,willgivetheoperatortobringenormouslyisconvenient,thisarticleintroducedonekindwillhavethenewfunctionthenewgassensitivesensortestsystem。 Duetovariouslimitationsandconditionsoftheexistingcapacity,theonlypaperofthesystemarethebasictenetsofthedesign,Newproductstoenterthelocalmarket,westillhavetodoalotofworklater。 Keywords:GSensitiveSM
