两部门拟开展智能网联汽车准入和上路通行试点

　　近日，工业和信息化部会同公安部，公开征求对《关于开展智能网联汽车准入和上路通行试点工作的通知（征求意见稿）》的意见。《通知》提出，通过开展试点工作，引导智能网联汽车生产企业和车辆使用主体加强能力建设，在保障安全的前提下，促进智能网联汽车产品的功能、性能提升和产业生态的迭代优化。

　　AnewdraftguidelinewasunveiledonWednesdaytoexpandtestsforautonomousdrivingvehiclesinChina，whichanalystssaidwillacceleratethehealthydevelopmentoftheindustryandcommercializationofrelatedproductsandtechnologies。
　　11月2日，工信部会同公安部组织起草《关于开展智能网联汽车准入和上路通行试点工作的通知（征求意见稿）》。分析人士表示，这将加速产业的健康发展以及相关产品和技术的商业化。

　　《通知》的颁布意味着自动驾驶汽车的道路测试将逐步在全国范围内开展。专家补充说，此前，这项工作已在北京市和广东省深圳市等地由地方政府逐步推进实施。

　　根据《通知》提出的试点内容，工业和信息化部、公安部将遴选符合条件的道路机动车辆生产企业和具备量产条件的搭载自动驾驶功能的智能网联汽车产品，开展准入试点。意见反馈截止日期为12月1日。
